I’m Fiona Liang — a visual artist, licensed psychotherapist, and founder of Self-Discovery Atlas.

My work lives at the intersection of creativity and psychology, weaving art and story into invitations for reflection, connection, and healing.

As a first-generation Chinese American, I have always moved between worlds — cultural, emotional, and creative. The Full Moon Collection grew out of this rhythm: a twelve-year ritual of painting one moon each year, exploring cycles of grief, peace, trust, love, and presence.

Through my art, I hope to create mirrors: places where others can pause, reconnect with themselves, and discover beauty in both light and shadow.

My Mission

I believe art is more than decoration. It is a teacher, a daily anchor, and a pathway into presence. Every brushstroke is an offering — an exploration of what it means to heal, to transform, and to become.
